Q: Do infrared saunas require special electrical wiring?

A: Most of our 1-3 person saunas operate on a standard 120V/15A household outlet — no electrician needed! Larger models (4+ person) may require a 220V/20A dedicated circuit.

Q: How long does it take for the sauna to heat up?

A: Typically 15-20 minutes to reach optimal temperature (120-150°F). You can start using it while it heats up, as infrared panels begin producing therapeutic heat immediately.

Q: What is EMF and why does it matter?

A: EMF (Electromagnetic Field) is produced by all electrical devices. Our saunas feature Low EMF and Ultra Low/Near Zero EMF technology, keeping levels well below safety standards. This means you get all the benefits of infrared therapy without health concerns.

Q: How much space do I need?

A: Our smallest saunas (1-2 person) need approximately a 4x4 foot area. 3-4 person saunas require about 5x5 feet. We recommend leaving 6 inches of clearance on all sides.

A: No! Most of our saunas feature a snap-together design that can be assembled by 2 people in 30-60 minutes. No tools required.

Q: How long should I stay in a cold plunge?

A: Start with 1-2 minutes and work up to 5-10 minutes. Never exceed 15 minutes. Always listen to your body.

Q: Do cold plunges require plumbing?

A: No! Our cold plunge tubs are standalone units. Simply fill with water, plug in the chiller (if equipped), and you're ready to go.
